We have the results of our 8th grade presidential election; join us in congratulating our president Ms. Zoie Nading!
The 8th grade class has spent weeks preparing for this election. All 8th grade students participated in writing presidential campaign speeches in English, along with learning how the election process works and creating campaigns in History classes. The Junior High teachers collaborated together to make this election come to life.
The student candidates presented campaign videos and speeches to the student body on Monday November 4th. The 6th-8th grade classes also came up with questions to ask the candidates to have our own debate.
The Junior High student body all got a chance to vote, as long as they had their voter identification cards. After they voted they all received an "I Voted" sticker.
We are so proud of our students and our teachers. It's always a great day to be an EAGLE!
